We offer next day delivery on all our stock items within the UK.

Order by 12pm
We aim to despatch stock items on the same-day for all orders received before 12.00 PM and delivery is to UK addresses only.

Items not for next day delivery
Unfortunately, this promise does not include orders for charm bracelet designer (which could take up to 3-5 working days).

All our items are sent by Special Delivery
All UK Orders: We charge £4.95 delivery cost on each order.

All European Orders: We charge £15.00 delivery cost on each order. Delivery times outside the UK will vary. We recommend allowing at least 3-5 working days. We advise our customers to contact us by telephone or email if they need orders guaranteed for a specific date, in which case, we can find alternative couriers to deliver sooner. Addition charges may apply.

All Orders outside of Europe: We charge a minimum of £20.00 delivery on each order on orders outside of Europe. We urge our customers to contact us before placing an order to be notified of freight costs and delivery times by telephone or email.

We would like to inform our customers that due to any form of industrial action at royal mail, we cannot guarantee delivery times. We endeavour to arrange deliveries with alternative couriers and will keep our customers informed of such arrangements. Frequently Asked Questions.
Q) What happens if a product is not in stock?
A) Our policy is to give a reliable and guaranteed service. On the occasion that a product has sold out and a delivery date is uncertain, the customer will not be able to purchase the item but can enquire about the item availability. If an item has sold out between our scheduled hourly stock information update and an order has just been placed, then we will notify the customer and advise them of the next available delivery date.

Q) Are any products excluded from the same-day despatch delivery guarantee?
A) Yes, products that needs to be altered in any way. The customer will be informed by email or telephone about when they can expect delivery.

Q) Upto what time can I order to meet the same-day despatch guarantee?
A) You can order goods upto 12.00 P.M and we will despatch the same day. (Sometimes we can despatch the same day on orders received upto 3.00 P.M - Please contact us for more information).

Q) What is a working day?
A) Royal Mail deliver parcels from Monday to Friday and sometimes Saturdays for residential addresses(although this is not guaranteed). Our same-day despatch only applies to a Monday - Friday working day.

Q) Can I have my order delivered to my work address?
A) Yes. Your account will allow you to set up as many addresses as you want. All that we need is for the default address to be the one where your credit card statements come to. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to call us or Contact Us.
